The functions and the Positions of the Experts in Family Court

          Family Courts were created as a specialized court to fortify the family, to prevent domestic violence, and to solve problems at its source. The law has given a big list of possible choices and authority to the court for this reason.

        Family Courts use experts such as psychologists, pedagogies, and social experts. The problem with these experts is that they are reduced to the surveyor level with the current law.
