Eray Karınca, founder of Karınca Law Office, started his legal career as a judge in Şanlıurfa Felony Court in 1985. During his career, he continued his work in penal, trade, small claims, and domestic courts for 28 years overall, retiring in 2011 to found Karınca Law Office.

She was born in Ankara in 1992. She finished her undergraduate program in 2017 in Ankara University Faculty of Law. During her undergraduate education, she focused on domestic law and women's rights. She received certificates from Turkey Bars Association in seminar programs such as Title 6284 Protection of the Family and Prevention of Domestic Violence in Practice and Its Impact in Divorce Cases; Cases Arising from Separation of Estates, Legal Expert Reports and Applications. In her second, third, and fourth year of undergraduate education, she was awarded Higher Education Success Award by Turkish Education Foundation, her scholarship sponsor. In 2017, she joined the clinical study named ‘Prisons Law Clinic’ coordinated by Prof. Dr. Gülriz Uygur in Ankara University. Since March 1st, 2017, she has been working at Karınca Law Office and finished her internship in August 5th, 2018 set forth by the Ankara Bar. Since September 12th, 2018 she has been an attorney registered to the Ankara Bar fulfilling her occupation.
At. JANSET ÖZDEMİR
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2018. She worked in and received certificates from the Domestic Courts Law Clinic coordinated by Prof. Gülriz Uygur, Arbitrage Clinic coordinated by the Arbitrage Court Administration, and the Court of Cassation Ethics Principles Clinic coordinated by the Court of Cassation Administration. During her undergraduate education, she joined seminars including TBB-MISC Health Law, TBB Title 6284, Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women and Its Impact in Divorce Cases. In 2017, she received the Model United Nations-EuroAsia Model United Nations Training and Development Conference certificate. During her undergraduate education, she did summer internships every year in different areas. She was an editor in Gelisimhukuk.org. She worked in Ankara Youth Philharmonic, and participated in activities as a TOG volunteer. During her internship, she finished the following seminars: TBB Data Protection Laws, Türavak Domestic Law and Marital Property Cases, and TBB Nationalization Cases, and Problems Arising from Application. She finished her legal internship between November 2018 and December 2019 in Karınca Law Office. Since Ocak 2020 she has been an attorney registered to the Ankara Bar fulfilling her occupation.
In 2019, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. In 2018 as part of his summer internship in Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, he worked on full remedy action and nullity suits in energy law and mining law. He focused on Soma Mining Disaster full remedy laws, mine operation field license cancellation cases, cases regarding the cancellation of administrative penalties by challenging the mining law. He participated in the Court of Cassation Ethics Principles Clinic coordinated by the Court of Cassation Administration and University of Ankara Faculty of Law. He took part in education seminars organized by Turkey Bars Association. In June 18th-22nd, 2018, he finished the program organized by the Capital Markets Board. He finished the following seminars organized by Turkey Bars Association: Applied Real Estate Rent Law, Applied Bankruptcy and Debt Enforcement, Summary Proceedings and Simple Trial Proceedings in CMK, CMK Applications, and Türavak Domestic Law and Marital Property Cases. Since August 2019 he has been an intern attorney in Karınca Law Office.
BARIŞ CEM SORAN
In 2019, he graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Law. During his education in the faculty, he joined education programs and received certificates from Medical Criminal Law Education, Current Problems in Labor Law, Labor Claims, Return to Work, Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases, Criminal Justice Ethics, Current Criminal Procedure Problems, Istanbul Declaration, Taking Statement in Criminal Procedure, Interrogation and Unlawful Evidence, Children's Human Rights: An Interdisciplinary Introduction, and Introduction to International Criminal Law. He joined seminars organized by the Turkey Bars Association. He finished the 11th International Legal Council Program, Domestic Law Program, and the Applied Bankruptcy and Debt Enforcement Program. He is fluent in English and has been continuing his internship in Karınca Law Office since February 2020.
She graduated from Başkent Anatolian High School in 2010. Between 2011-2013, she worked as a counselor in Çelik Oto'. Between 2013-2017, she was a secretary in Antik Form. Since February 2018, she has been a secretary in Karınca Law Office.
